Back to School!

These past couple of weeks have been cuh-razy with back school! It felt like it took me forever to set up my classroom even though I had a lot of help. Thank goodness for Dan and my teacher friends, the AC was barely on and I am way to pregnant to be any kind of efficient. I survived the first week with 22 five and six year olds and 116 degree temps. The babies aren't loving it, I've started calling them "Braxton" and "Hicks" thanks to the daily contractions I'm now experiencing after being up and about so much every day.

Meet the teacher night, year 5!

This year my classroom leave something to be desired but I decided to keep it simple and functional. There are definitely some things I'd like to organize, change or add on to but it will have to come with time. Right now I'm keeping up with lesson plans and teaching the new firsties their routines. Today was 10 times better than last week so I think it will just keep getting better!
