Mommy fail, I missed their 6 month update :( Part of it had to do with their doctor's appointment being pushed back because of Ben's first ear infection and I was also busy with Dan's birthday, Pat's Run and company. Excuses, excuses :) I'm catching up here so I don't forget the exciting events that happened during their sixth month, this should help me fill in the baby books when I finally get around to them!

During their 6th month the boys started eating homemade baby food in their high chairs. They started with sweet potatoes which are still their favorite.
They participated in their first Pat's Run 4.2 mile marathon!
We celebrated Dan's 31st birthday with a get together at our house, which of course I have no pictures from :( The boys also learned to sit unassisted! This was so exciting and opened up a whole new world for them :)
Grandma and Grandpa came to visit and Grandma got the boys a baby pool for the backyard, boy was that fun!

Mother's Day with a day of cuddles and Dan cooking a nice dinner.
Another big milestone during the sixth month, baths in the big tub! I've since found another bath seat like the one that Ben is in and it is so helpful when I'm bathing them alone, which is 90% of the time!
I can't put my finger on their records from the 6 month appointment, but I'm pretty sure they were weighing in around 14 pounds; Ben and 17 pounds for Will. Big boy! We are lucky to have such sweet boys and have had such an eventful sixth month. Love. These. Babies.
