Nursery, Step 1

Now that we know we are expecting BOYS, it's time to get cracking on the nursery! We decided to do an airplane theme, you're shocked I know. I found bedding at Target.com that we loved and when I went to order it last week, I found out it was discontinued! I searched all over the internet for the set through another store or website and after exhausting many options, I finally found a place that still had it in stock. I ordered two, they gave me $20 off AND free shipping! Talk about meant to be :) As soon as the bedding arrives I'm going to pick a paint color. We'll do blue, duh and SIL Sadie is going to paint clouds on the ceiling.

We had planned to use one bedroom as the nursery, and this is where we have been storing all of the wonderful hand me downs my sisters in law have hooked me up with. We are so grateful for all of the items, it will be a tremendous help to us!
Weeeeell, I might have decided that I want to use the other bedroom (currently the office/sewing room) as the nursery because it has an additional wall and a walk in closet. This means that we have to clear EVERYTHING out of the old nursery, move the office/sewing room and closet contents into that room and clear out the new nursery to get ready for paint. We got the first part accomplished last night before Dan left for work.
The problem is that we have our baby loot taking over the living room and it will likely remain there until the nursery is painted or Dan finishes the garage. Uh oh!
No company for us for a while :) I'm planning to work on switching the closet this week and when Dan gets home we can move the furniture. I want to take advantage of my afternoons off but I may need to fit in a nap somewhere!
